Pimples breaking out? Dehydrated and tired skin? Dull complexion? Want a reason to lie down? Whatever your current situation be, I think we can just grab a sheet mask and relax. I love indulging myself in a blissful self-care session, but if you don’t throw a sheet mask into the skincare journey– you’re missing out an important aspect. Let me take you all a closer look at how they work, what they can do for our skin, and most importantly, why you should add a couple of them to your next haul!

The packaged face masks are face-shaped which are made out of a thin, lightweight fabric. They are designed to have cut-outs to help them properly align to our facial features. These cut out fabric are then soaked in a highly concentrated serum that delivers a ton of benefits to our skin.

When your skin is dehydrated, it becomes more vulnerable to common skin problems. Sheet masks are a quick fix for giving our skin an immediate boost of hydration – and hydrated skin is what sets the foundation for a healthy, glowing complexion.

The masks create a physical barrier on the skin that promotes better absorption by locking in all the good stuff. They help prevent evaporation and ensures that face remains saturated with the serum.

Keep in mind that you should only wear a sheet mask for the amount of time that’s recommended. Leaving them on for way too long can reduce its efficacy and it might even draw the moisture right back out.

I am sharing below few DIY home made sheet masks which are really quick and effective.
