If you believe it will work out, you’ll see opportunities. If you believe it won’t, you will see obstacles.” ~Wayne Dyer

No matter how you are feeling, or what kind of situation you find yourself in – it is always helpful to remind yourself of that truth.

Even though I may be experiencing strong emotions, even though stressful events may be unfolding, even though things aren’t perfect, and even though I may be struggling, these words do make a lot of difference to look at the things with a different perspective.

• All is well.

• Everything is working out for my highest good.

• Out of this situation only good will come.

Often we know that coming from a place of power and confidence will give you the vision and attitude to accomplish your goals. On the other hand, fear and self-doubt will only hold you back. They will block you from making decisions, taking action, and achieving your true potential

“Believe in yourself and the world will start believing in you”.

They say right “where focus goes, energy flows”. Focus on the negative, and your mind will be stuck in a negative loop, able to only see the obstacles that lay in front of you. Shift your focus towards the positive, and you’ll develop the vision to see opportunities that you never thought were there.

Your perceptions are always directed. You decide what you’re going to look at and not. And this is where perception begins. Not where it ends, but it begins with what you choose to look at.

I believe in synchronicity and totally use intuition to navigate through life. When you operate openly, a different life full of opportunity shows up.

So when you know you and your loved are facing a tough week, a big deadline, or a difficult task, make sure they know you’re there for them. A note of encouragement can go a long way in building a strong relationship.

You can either count the things you have lost or see what you can gain.

And don’t forget that All is well….

Much Love

RK
