(1) How would you like to introduce yourself?
I am Anas Abouqamer founder of Triple F Qatar. I am Half Qatari & Half Palestinian by nationality. I’m very passionate about digital, and my vision is to create creative and memorable content over the internet. I finished my graduation in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University, Qatar. I speak four Languages-Arabic, English, Spanish, and Romanian & love to travel around the world.
(2) Can you describe yourself in five words?
I would say Social, Kind, Motivated, Foodie & Fitness Freak.
(3) Tell me something about your family, and how they have supported you in achieving your dream?
My dad is one of the first veterinaries in Qatar who helped me in starting the royal Veterinary Center. My mom is my hero. She’s a very strong woman. She’s an organ transplant coordinator at Hamad Medical Corporation & represents Qatar when it comes to organ transplanting. As an Arab, there’s a saying that if you don’t have a day job it is shameful for the family. Last year when I was having difficulty and stress from work I decided to quit my day job & told my parents about it. Despite being Arab parents they fully supported my decision without having any second thought in their mind. They supported me because they believed in me, my dreams & they know that I am having mental stress due to my day job.
(4) How many siblings do you have?
I have three brothers, they’re all engineers.
(5) What is your happiest childhood memory and what makes it so special?
I was lucky to travel to different places of the world with my parents and learned a lot from seeing different cultures and traditions across the world.
(6) What is the most defining moment of your life?
The most defining moment of my life was meeting HH The Father of Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani in 2012. I Was called to attend a dinner with HH The Father of Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani & I was the only Non-Qatari among 90 Qataris to attend the function, so definitely that was the most defining moment of my life.
(7) Can you describe your life in one sentence?
My life is unpredictable.
(8) Tell me something about your hobbies or interest
I love weightlifting and high-intensity workouts.

(10) Tell me about TripleF Qatar and its journey and what has inspired you to start such an initiative?
I am very much passionate about online media. I was in a full-time job relating to managing websites, applications, social media & digital advertising. So I always get a lot of questions from my friends & well-wisher that anas why don’t you become an influencer or blogger as you have good knowledge of digital & online media. My answer was always NO to them. But in the last year when I was going through mental stress due to the job I decided to resign from it & to be full-time on Social media to influence people. Then from that day onwards, I started working on my Social media profile to make it more interactive & engaging with the audience. For Example, if you are a fitness trainer your profile should reflect gyms, workouts, etc. If you are a chef your profile should include food, cooking skills, etc. As I am an online guy so my profile should represent that I am good in digital media, content writing, creating videos, etc. In this whole journey of my digital transformation, the name TRIPLE F Qatar came up by which I started my online journey as a blogger/Influencer. TRIPLE F Means Fit, Food &Fly because I always keep on posting content about food, gym & traveling. This name was recommended by my Ex-Boss-Zaina Al Masri.
I needed a brand so I couldn’t go with my name. I started producing content using my digital experience and growing my account. I never wanted to be a blogger/Influencer but seeing people reacting positively to my post motivated me to add more value to people through my digital journey. I always tell people that I’m a living example for anyone who wants to become a content creator on social media forums. It’s not impossible. You just need creativity and you need consistency, you just need to keep going and going. If you believe in yourself, you will get what you always wanted.
(11) If I could grant you one wish, what would you wish for?
My parents are very important to me so I wish my parents a long life & health.
(12) A few words about Qatar and how this place help you in fulfilling your dreamsÂ
Qatar is home for me as I am born here. I was lucky to have free education and free health. Being a small country it is very easy to be socially connected with lots of High influential people in Qatar in comparison to the US or India where the population is huge. So yes I am truly privileged & lucky to be here & definitely, this country has helped me a lot in fulfilling all my dreams.
(13) Tell me about one of your strengths and weakness.
I Would say Networking is my strength & my weakness is I am a bit less organized.
(14) What message do you want to give to all our viewers?
I would say, follow your dreams. Don’t be Demotivated about what people are going to say, because you’ll never be able to satisfy or meet people’s expectations, just make sure you follow your dream, and most importantly, do what makes you happy.
(15) Few lines about the essence of Qatar, and the people of Qatar series.
I think it’s a great initiative, it’s a great website. Very informative. We need, basically, more & more of these and we spend so much of our time on the internet, so why not use it wisely by learning more about the stories of people living in Qatar. I love the concept of highlighting the hidden talents in Qatar.
