“Lessons in life will be repeated until they are learned”

Life is a one big lesson or a series of lesson. I firmly believe this, but am not a big fan of the concept when that means that painful lessons will be repeated to me if I fail to take from them what I am supposed to the first time around  Or the second.  And still I know there are lessons that are waiting to see if I truly have learned what they have been desperately , yet patiently , trying to teach me. So, I do try to pause when I am in pain and learn what I should from the lesson so that I do not need to repeat it. This technique has served me quite well.

We face different situations everyday in life and learn from them different lessons. Life is a journey and we are passengers and our destinations are different according to path which we select for ourselves. We can learn even from our failure if we want to succeed next time.

Life Is One Big Lesson - The Inspired Academy

Lessons will come into our life-repeatedly until we learn from it. Life first will send the lesson to you in the size of a pebble; if you ignore the pebble , then life will send you a brick; if you ignore the brick, life will send you a brick wall; if you ignore the brick wall, life will send you a demolition truck and so on.

Much of the suffering and unhappiness in people’s lives is caused by an unwillingness to learn from mistakes. History is full of examples of people that kept making the same mistakes because they failed to learn from the lessons that life was teaching them. There are two main reasons for why this happens over and over again, ego and fear.

We can look at the struggles, challenges and times when things aren’t going as planned as deterrents that stop us in our tracks, or we can choose to see opportunity for personal growth.

Right now, I am living my life in lines. The irony of living life in lines is discovering that one is way more “socially accessible and receptive” than was before. Constantly learning and growing, forever evolving and changing. Never standing still. Always remaining in a state of transformation.

So it has taken me a long time to finally sit down for recap and think about what life has taught me so far and I want to share some of learnings I have learned in this journey of life, without any further rambling here we go:

  1. Let go of your fear

Applying what you learn from life lessons is really about change, and change scares the hell out of most people. The thought of leaving their familiar comfort zones is terrifying. The ability to quickly adapt to change is vital to success in any venture.

  1. Count your blessings and not problems

This is a huge one. We always tend to see negative in everything. I have learnt to give reality check and asses the situation from neutral point of view instead of complaining and thinking negatives if things goes wrong. All that matters is Family, health, friendships , balance  life , and being present.

Life is short, Count your blessings and value them, not the problems.

  1. Don’t try to control everything

Let life flow and grow organically. Don’t fore anything , neither relationships nor outcomes. You can only control what you do but you can never control how other people will react on what life has in store for you. The universe knows better always. Trust it.

  1. Health is wealth

If you aren’t healthy, life is simply isn’t enjoyable. Your mental health is as important as your physical health.

  1. Self love is key

It doesn’t matter what other people think about you as long as you are truly happy with your life and feel confident about yourself. Self love is crucial. The way you treat yourself is how other will treat you. Just remember you are WORTHY.

Why Loving Yourself Is Key To Loving Others

  1. Don’t compare yourself to others

Comparison is thief of joy. Everyone has their own unique journey and their own pace of figuring things out. Be patient with yourself and keep aiming towards your goals. Stop comparing your every day life to other peoples highlights on social media. Its only a snapshot if reality, not the whole entire picture.

  1. What you resist, persists

This is one of hard lessons I learnt not to resist life or any circumstances you might find yourself in. Practice patience, acceptance and surrendering as much as possible. The earlier you start accepting and stop resisting , the easier your life will be become.

  1. Everything happens for you not against you

Everything is either a blessing or a lesson you needed to learn. Unpleasant things will continue taking place in your life until you finally learned the lesson you needed to learn.

Byron Katie Quote: “Life is simple. Everything happens for you, not to you.” (7 wallpapers) - Quotefancy

With wisdom comes better life choices, and by making better life choices you will have more positive outcomes in your life.

Always remember that the universe confronts you with the same kind of situations until you learned the lesson you needed to learn.

Much Love
