Doha: Qatar Museums is inviting vendors for operating food trucks and mini-market kiosks at Museum of Islamic Art Park.
The open call is for three spots reserved for food trucks with different concept categories, namely burger menu, karak and chapatti, and South Asian. One spot is available for a mini-market kiosk.
Bidders must provide a proposal that includes company profile, design of kiosk, menu (including prices), photos of packaging and staff uniform, credentials including CR, company ID, and sponsor ID, and audited financial statement for the last year.
They will be evaluated on the basis of the strength of concept, design, product quality, marketing and promotional strategy.
